mission impossible

...a few articles/clips I read/watched this morning...

Every new day I am telling myself that I have to try to be tolerant and not biased, and every new day she gives me more and more reasons which make exactly that an impossible task...can you guys with an American passport please make her go away...please !!???

P.S. I saw that Huevos joined the facebook-group "I have more Foreign Policy Experience than Sarah Palin". The scary thing is that I think he's right and that I could easily join this group as well...what a joke...

at this point it is clear that palin is unqualified, oblivious, and ill-informed. like a female george bush, except without the benefit of decades of grooming for office. but i think that everybody on the left (myself included) is focused on her too much at this point. it's sort of giving mccain a free pass.

that's why i agree with this article:

in tomorrow's debate, biden should be respectful but basically ignore palin, and instead attack mccain/argue issues. any gaffes she has, the media and popular culture will certainly take note. if he tries to seize on her gaffes or attack her ignorance, he'll seem like a bully.

btw, today is the first time the realclearpolitics polling averages are showing obama leading in florida, ohio, and north carolina.
http://www.politico.com/convention/swingstate.html

these most recent numbers would result in a 348-190 victory for obama. though i personally highly doubt obama takes virginia and NC.
