Well, this morning, after finishing the first chapter of Sarah Vowell's Assassination Vacation (an ass-kicker), I went to the kitchen and, while eating two Quaker Fruit and Oatmeal Very Berry Muffin bars and drinking a glass of water, I broke down. I thought about that glorious day I met Saucey. We talked of Skynyrd and Thin Lizzy. We talked of the Doobie Brothers and Pearl Jam. I knew then from the glimmer in his eye that he was going to be the future bass player for Astra...that he would be something special.
Thanks for the kind words, deuce. Yeah, I looked at that site a couple of weeks ago. Pretty damn funny.
