the one about him and Drew Marshall almost getting into a fight? there was an article about that in the Fulton Daily because the judge (Sweat?) sent a copy of his order to the paper to be published.

Yeah I've heard that tale and read the transcript. A low point for a guy who has had many.
What was going on? I am so confused. I didn't know attorneys just sat around and called each other "fat ass" and "son of a bitch." Also, where was this. Awesome!
i called a judge a "sorry sack of shit" just today. and it was a lady judge.
That's pretty cool. So, these depositions are a little like free-for-alls?
I have five depositions in a row next week in a case that's become embarrassingly contentious. If opposing counsel starts acting out, I'm going to throw my feces at him like an ape.
