John Mayer
If you need any more evidence that the ironic t-shirt moment is now over, this should be sufficient.
This is the anti-Astra blog. Published in loving remembrance of the Hill Street Penal League. "We come to you as the myth."

as many of you know, i was once one of this movement's strongest proponents. how fondly i remember the summer of '96, when, after some sonny's bbq, on a whim my buddy daniel and i walked into the marietta goodwill. there i purhcased my first ironic t-shirt: a cincinnati reds softball jersey with the name florence on the back. i premiered it later that day at a volleyball game, to much acclaim.
however, i think the death knell was sounded on ironic tees years ago. predictably, i've moved on to plain american apparel shirts.
btw, fuck all the silkscreening.
guys,
you guys giving fashion advice is like me giving chipper jones batting lessons. No offense, but your shits have officially been called.
didn't mean to give offense, i forgot about your "brooklyn rulez" silk-screened blazer.
See, I don't even wear blazers. I was just implying that perhaps you guys should stick to what you know. Also, a couple of guys with whom you are familiar have made a pretty fair sum off of John Mayer's interest in their tshirt designs, from what I understand.
