I agree with the "overrated" list much more than the "underrated" list. A lot of the underrated movies are critically acclaimed. In fact, some of the them are overrated. "Deadman"? Please. "Ghost Dog"? Horrible.
However, "You Can Count on Me" is an insanely good movie, and has gotten almost zero attention.
baptism scene in there will be blood--i actually think this is much cooler than the milkshake scene.

Man, you hate on Jarmusch pretty fiercely. Both movies are pretty awesome. I really love Ghost Dog. These are personal lists, so I don't know why debate matters.
