everybody should scope the economist endorsement of obama as well. cool to see free market proponents endorse the "socalist" candidate. anyway, does a good job summarizing the race, the state of affairs, and the challenges ahead:

only misgiving is that, perhaps because they're brits, it doesn't seem clear that they fully grasp the enormous social significance of electing a black president.
