hell, saucy is probably a greater american than ronald reagan.
but seriously, all partisanship aside, how reagan could be considered "greater" than MLK, george washington, and honest abe is beyond me. i think FDR is also a no-brainer, though i do have to admit that that perception could vary based on political viewpoint.
